Divisional Registers of Legal and other Requirements

By following the occupational risk management system's technical standards and guidelines all Divisions will be enabled to work within the law and should not need to establish a separate legal register.

However, there may be some local issues or differences in requirements relating to specific risks.  This may include different requirements for local activities or from local authorities or enforcement bodies.

If this is the case a local version of the register may be held.  BBC Safety should be informed of any legislation or requirements added which may impact other areas of the business.
