Key points

  • Productions must carry out an assessment of the potential health and safety risks that exist at the location.
  • Risk Assessment should be carried out in conjunction with the location owner/occupier to ensure all hazards have been made known to the production.
  • Risk Assessment must determine what precautionary control measures, if any, are needed to eliminate or reduce any risks which are present at the location.
  • Producer must ensure that any identified control measures are implemented before any production work begins at location.
  • Risk Assessment must be reviewed and updated, as necessary.
