logistical arrangements, requirements, monitoring etc, combined
with the risk assessment.
- Although not required by law, the person in
charge of a work area or work has the right to request one.
- It is not a complicated document, it is based on
the who, what, why, when, how principle.
- The complexity of the statement should reflect
the complexity of the work and working environment.
