Assessing the risks will need to cover the following:

Disease - the BBC Occupational Health Provider will brief staff about diseases that may be present and how to reduce the risk of contracting them. Where necessary, staff will require to keep their inoculations up to date. Given the speed of deployment it will be necessary to deploy those already inoculated.
Welfare - how will BBC staff have access to clean water and food;
Equipment - what will be needed, for example; to protect against dust, the weather, what will assist reducing the risk from disease;
Entry and exit - how will the crew get in and get out of the area;
Logistics - Accommodation and Local Transport etc.
