Crisis Management and Security Support
Common Questions

Who sets up a Crisis Management Team?
This would generally be the Head of Corporate Security or the Head of High Risk as they should normally have been consulted when the incident was reported.

Who is on the Crisis management Team?
This could vary but would generally include senior management from the related division, the Head of Corporate Security or High risk and internal or external specialists as required.

Where can I get security support or advice?
The level of advice and support will vary depending on the requirement but this can be discussed with High Risk, Corporate Security or your Health and Safety Advisor.

What do I do if all goes wrong when abroad?
This should have been covered in the pre-deployment Risk Assessment. If not then contact should be made immediately with a senior member of your department, The High risk team, Corporate Security or your Health and Safety Advisor. They will be able to advise and direct to the right person to escalate.
