All such situations must be reported through the management chain and on to Head of High Risk or Head or Corporate Security where support will be assigned and / or a Crisis management team set up as required.
Who would be informed in the event of a crisis and are all aware.
Who would take the situation forward and keep all informed.
Prepare an emergency telephone protocol.
