Do the Regulations cover any waste
oil?
Yes. The Regulations cover all waste oils
except mineral oil (e.g. petrol based oils). Mineral oils are
covered by the Waste Management Licensing Regulations but the
principles of the Oil Storage Regulations apply.
Do the regulations apply in Scotland or
Wales?
The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage)
(England) Regulations 2001 only apply in England. However the
principles of the Oil Storage Regulations would apply in Scotland
and Wales.

like?
