incident?
Incidents that may have resulted in
environmental damage. This may include damage to water courses,
land and emissions to the air. There are different classifications
of environmental incidents they are as follows:
- Breach of limits/licence conditions
- Oil and chemical storage

- Waste storage and disposal
- Serious public or other complaint
- Water abstraction and disposal

Where do I log an environmental
incident?
Environmental incidents must be logged within
My Risks - Tools. There is a possibility
that an investigation maybe conducted into why the incident
occurred resulting in action tracking and the review of risk
assessments
