Events Responsibilities must be included as a schedule to any contract made between agencies.
 
To ensure that the BBC has access to health and safety information, the following sentence must be included in any contract made between agencies.
 
<Name of Company> shall provide the BBC, on request, with copies of all Health and Safety documentation relating to the event, produced by it or any third parties, prior to, during and after the event.
