The main route for transferring safety information is through each organisation's appointed health & safety liaison. It is important that safety information is a two way exchange and communication between all parties involved with the event, preferably in the form of a risk assessment, method statement etc. Face to face briefings on 'site' safety should be incorporated into the activities plan and information packs or similar issued where appropriate.
