A risk assessment must be completed before any event takes place which will have the potential to cause damage to or alter the surrounding natural environment and wildlife.
Wildlife and the surrounding area must not be disturbed during any outside broadcasts, locations and events. In particular disturbance to nesting birds must be avoided during the bird nesting season.
No damage must be caused to any protected hedgerows or trees during outside broadcasts, locations, events or landscape maintenance activities.
Work on buildings where bats are roosting or hibernating must only be undertaken after specialist advice has been obtained.
