Reception areas should be provided with a system whereby visitors cannot proceed without authority.
On entry to a BBC premises the employee must show.
Reception/Security Officer their BBC ID.
Employees are required to wear their ID cards at all times.
Vehicle access must be subject to physical controls (barriers, gates etc).
The BBC and its property partners reserve the right to refuse admission to its buildings, which are private property.
