Exchange of Information
The host employer has a duty of care to your
staff and to ensure that you and your staff are provided with
adequate information about the arrangements for safety and
emergencies.
In order to check that the organisation will be
able to fulfil its responsibilities you need to ensure that the
host employer provides you and the member of staff with adequate
information about the risks and control measures in place and about
the arrangements for emergencies and the member of staff receives
and understands such information.
BBC requirements may be provided to inform the
host organisation the rules and standards to which BBC staff
normally work.
