Event Health & Safety File

The Event Health and Safety File will be prepared and maintained by the Event H&S Co-ordinator. This will contain all relevant safety information for the Production and this will be kept on site. The file is needed for four reasons: to help planning for reference during the event to demonstrate that the health and safety arrangements are adequate to provide evidence for monitoring and audit The following forms are included in the safety file which must be completed at all events:
