Barring Notices
The BBC and its property partners reserve the
right to refuse admission to its buildings, which are private
property.
Entry to audience shows and official tours is
always supervised. Entry to the BBC Club is governed by the
Licensing Act 2003 and the BBC Club Rules, which are managed and
controlled by the Club, who retain the right to refuse
admission.
It is important that a consistent, balanced
approach is adopted to ensure fairness to the individual and a
secure environment for occupants.
It is essential that the process of barring
people is adequately recorded for possible disciplinary or
evidential purposes.
