The BBC's Corporate Sociability Questionnaire can be obtained from Procurement and must be used to assess a supplier's environmental performance.

Key items to consider in the response to the questionnaire are:

Environmental Policy signed by the Board.
Any environmental prosecutions and their relevance to the purchase the BBC is making.
Certified Environmental Management System such as ISO 14001 (ensure that the systems scope covers the services to be purchased) Specialist guidance must be sought from BBC Safety when signing large service contracts or making large purchases that has associated environment risk.
