Environmental Nuisance
Environmental Nuisance and Planning
Planning conditions are often imposed that
place constraints on the use of a premises in order to prevent any
adverse noise impact on neighbouring properties. This could include
restrictions on delivery times, working hours or the noise levels
at the boundaries of the premises. Personnel managing outside
broadcasts, locations, events and BBC premises should make
themselves aware of any constraints and put in place appropriate
measures to ensure that these conditions are met.
