Working with Computers and Monitors

Working with computers and watching monitors may appear to be fairly harmless.  But while working with this equipment does not require much physical activity it is quite stressful for our bodies if it is not arranged well.  You can develop aches and pains and sometimes this can be quite distressing.

We all have a legal duty to try and prevent these problems.  There is a specific set of regulations called the Display Screen Equipment (DSE) regulations that sets out things for us to do to help reduce the risk of this happening.
