Clean Air Act Authorisation

All combustion facilities at BBC premises which burns solid fuels at a rate greater than 45.4 kilograms an hour or any liquid or gaseous matter at a rate equivalent to 366.4 kilowatts or more, require an authorisation from the Local Authority covering approval of the design, height of chimney and grit and dust arrestment devices.
