Depending on the size and complexity of the Event, this file should be completed accordingly.  The information within the file mirrors that found on the Events Information pages.

 

The BBC Events File has been produced to assist productions organise events and ensure that when planning an event, all aspects of Occupational Risk are covered. The forms provided in the file will help all aspects of planning especially Responsibilities.

 

The safety of the audience and anyone working on the Event is paramount.  Suitable arrangements for managing emergencies at the Event need to be planned in advance in co-ordination with the local authority and emergency services.  Whatever is put in place needs to be communicated to all who may be affected.
