At the Event

Once on site, the planning stage should come into its own. Now is the time to see how it works in practice, an opportunity for the event organiser or producer/manager formally to audit their arrangements - how the communications work between all those involved; does the event safety file cover the key issues; are the risk assessments appropriate and so on. It may be someone from an Enforcing Authority who pays a visit to the Event to check these arrangements!
