Environmental Incidents

This guidance is applicable to personnel managing outside broadcasts, locations, events and BBC premises in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Environmental incidents, including spillages, fire fighting runoff can cause pollution and may damage the reputation of the BBC. Therefore appropriate planning, response to and reporting of environmental incidents is essential.
