Environmental Nuisance

This guidance is applicable to personnel managing outside broadcasts, locations, events and BBC premises. Environmental nuisance can occur where the noise and light generated is considered by neighbours to cause annoyance or where the local authority considers that a statutory nuisance is occurring.
